The Right Hand Clutch allows a person with a left leg disability to drive a manual vehicle.  This is ideal when a certain model of vehicle is not available in an automatic. 

To use, squeeze the lever to the wheel using your right hand, change gear with your left hand and then slowly release the lever in your right hand to engage the gear.  Follow this method to change up and down the gears.  This needs to be fully fitted to your vehicle.
